Filter, cover and drainage cleaning, gas pressure and operations check. Recommended quarterly.
Fan coil chemically cleaned without dismantling — for units with mild buildup, weak airflow or slight odour.
Full dismantle and chemical bath of the fan coil — for heavy buildup, persistent leaks or smells.
High-temperature steam sanitising of the fan coil — kills mould and bacteria without chemicals. Great for homes with kids.
Refrigerant top-up (R22/R410A/R32) with leak check. Price confirmed on-site by gas type and amount.
Pressure test to find the leak, then repair and regas — the fix for aircon that keeps losing gas every few months.
Condenser/compressor unit cleaned at the service yard — better heat exchange, lower power bills, quieter operation.
Troubleshooting visit for faults — not cooling, leaking, noise, error lights. Fee waived if you proceed with the repair.
New aircon system supply and install (HDB and condo). Quoted per site after a quick WhatsApp consult.

How long does a servicing visit take?
General servicing takes about 25 minutes per unit; a chemical wash about an hour per unit. We confirm the estimated duration when you book.
Do you service all aircon brands?
Yes — Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Panasonic, Midea, LG, Samsung and every other brand commonly installed in Singapore homes.
How do I pay?
After the service is done and you've checked the work — by PayNow or cash. No deposits, no prepayment.
What if the same problem comes back?
If the same fault recurs within 7 days of our visit, we come back and re-inspect at no charge.
How often should I service my aircon?
Quarterly for units in daily use in Singapore's climate. Our quarterly plan handles the scheduling and reminders so you never have to think about it.
