AirconRunner

Terms of Service

Last updated: 5 August 2026

These terms apply whenever you book or receive a service from AirconRunner [UEN to be inserted upon ACRA registration] ("AirconRunner", "we", "us"). By making a booking through airconrunner.com or WhatsApp, you agree to them. They are written in plain English on purpose — if anything is unclear, ask us before you book.

What we do

We provide on-site air-conditioner servicing in Punggol, Singapore: general servicing, chemical wash, chemical overhaul, gas top-up, compressor wash, repair and diagnostic, and installation. We operate Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm. We currently serve Punggol only; bookings outside our service area may be declined.

Bookings

You can book through our website or by WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed when we send you a confirmation message with a date and time window. You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 4 hours before your appointment — see our Cancellation Policy for details.

Your side of the job

To let our technicians work safely and properly, you agree to:

If we arrive and cannot safely access the units, or the job materially differs from what was described, we will discuss options with you on the spot. We may need to reschedule or adjust the quote, and we may decline work we consider unsafe.

Pricing and payment

7-day workmanship follow-up

If the same fault we serviced recurs within 7 days of the service, tell us and we will return to re-inspect at no charge. This is our standard on every job. If on re-inspection the cause turns out to be a different fault, we will quote you before doing any further work, and any parts or refrigerant consumed for the different fault are chargeable. The follow-up covers our workmanship; it is not a warranty on aged equipment or on faults unrelated to the work we did.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited under Singapore law, including the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.

Subject to that:

If our technician damages your property in the course of a job, tell us within 7 days with photos and we will put it right or compensate you fairly, subject to the cap above.

Force majeure

Neither of us is liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control — such as severe weather, government restrictions, utility outages or illness of our technician. If such an event affects your appointment, we will reschedule you at the earliest available slot at no charge, and refund in full any prepayment we happen to hold.

Other policies

Our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy form part of these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and we will give existing customers notice of material changes via WhatsApp before they apply to future bookings. The terms in force when you book are the ones that apply to that booking.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. In practice, we would much rather sort any problem out directly with you first.
