If your Saturday plans are themselves uncertain, book anyway — cancellation is free up to 4 hours before the slot, so a 2pm booking can be released by 10am guilt-free.
The standing-Saturday trick for busy households
If Saturday is your only serviceable day every quarter, tell us when setting up a quarterly servicing contract and we'll aim your recurring visits at Saturdays by default. You get the day-before WhatsApp reminder as usual, the whole flat is done in one visit with the multi-unit discount (about 25% off from the second unit), and you stop competing for slots four times a year — the schedule is simply yours.
Can't do Saturday either? Two alternatives
Some households solve it differently: a weekday visit while a family member, helper or trusted neighbour is home — everything is documented with photos precisely so you can verify work you didn't watch — or the last weekday slots of the afternoon if someone gets home early. Sunday service isn't something we offer, and we won't pretend otherwise; if only Sunday works, we're honestly not your company yet.
